Staffordshire County Council has reported a surge of coronavirus cases in Rolleston-on-Dove with the infection rate now standing at 500 per 100,000 people in the village.
To help stem the spreed of the virus all residents in Rolleston are being urged to book a Coronavirus test.
To book a test please visit www.nhs.uk/coronavirus or by calling 119. When promoted to give a reason residents should click “My local council or health protection team has asked me (or someone I live with) to get a test, even though I do not have symptoms”. 
In addition to this Staffordshire County Council is putting on a pop up community testing site at Rolleston Scout Group in Station Road this Saturday (October 31st) between 09:30-11:30. This is predominantly for people unable to travel to Burton and appointments must be booked via the Council’s website from Thursday morning.
