“It’s great news for Burton on Trent to have a Post Office restored to this area of our town. I know first-hand from my constituents just how important a Post Office is to a community. There is such a wide variety of services that this new site will offer to residents, including banking as well as sending letters and parcels. The new postmaster, Raheel, is very enthusiastic about serving his customers and I wish him the very best for the future.”
The new, longer hours will make it easier to pop in. In addition to Post Office Services, there will be an excellent convenience store serving fresh produce, lottery services and money transfer to fulfil a wide range of consumer needs.”
The opening hours are Monday to Sunday: 8am – 8pm; Saturday. This is 84 hours of Post Office service a week making it more convenient to visit. The branch opens early, closes late and stays open for lunch.

Lottery services, money transfer, travel and bureau de change services will also be offered. Bill payments and full banking services will be available with a free to use cash machine outside. You can also pay into your bank account for free and withdraw cash for free! No need to go to the town centre and pay extra to park your car. This really will be a one stop shop for everyone!”
