Burton and Uttoxeter’s Member of Parliament, Kate Kniveton, has today (09/11/23) visited the Willpower Group in Fauld to open their business’s new offices following the completion of construction.
The Willpower Group offers toilet, shower, fridge trailer and welfare cabin hire for a range of events including many of the UK’s popular festivals. The company also provides environmental services as another part of its business.
Ms Kniveton met with Director, Will Felix, the Group’s Sales Co-ordinator, Caroline Kerr, and the rest of the team, to tour the new facilities and to hear about the growth of the business. Previously, staff worked in portacabins until the significant investment decision was made to build their new offices as well as make upgrades to their Midland’s depot.
The local MP was asked to cut the ribbon as part of the official opening ceremony, with the original opening date this summer having to be pushed back with business booming.
Commenting, Kate Kniveton MP said:
“I was delighted to be invited by Willpower Group to open their new office building and facilities in Fauld. I want to thank Will, Caroline and the team for showing me around and congratulate them on growing such a successful business.
“I’m sure all of us have been at open-air events in the past and dreaded the idea of using the facilities. Willpower’s quality facilities are first class, and it is excellent that we have a local business serving some of our country’s most loved festivals.”
